Executive Director, Founder
Melissa is an LCSW and Certified Yoga Instructor, integrating Western psychology with Indigenous Plant Wisdom. She specializes in individual and ketamine-assisted psychotherapy, particularly in Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorders. Melissa has taught at UCSF School of Medicine, co-founded Afterglow Postpartum Support, and trained in Psychedelic Assisted Psychotherapy. She's a published writer and researcher, passionate about a non-profit dedicated to Women's Health and Psychedelics, bridging Western Medicine and Indigenous Wisdom.

Lauren Pappas
Board President
Lauren is a builder serving at the intersection of psychedelics and conscious leadership. A Yale and Dartmouth grad, she brings expertise in finance, strategy, and entrepreneurship—shaping billions of dollars in Wall Street transactions, and launching multiple enduring, 500+ person scale social ventures in food, agriculture, and political justice. Through her grounding in various wisdom traditions, Lauren has guided over 250 leaders through transformative growth. As a queer single mother, she is passionate about reshaping leadership and economic systems to drive equity and planetary well-being.

Iva Grabic, MD
Scientific Advisor
Iva is a Board-Certified Adult Psychiatrist specializing in psychiatric medication management, integrative psychotherapy, and intramuscular ketamine therapy with integration support. Her approach is deeply ethical, evidence-based, and aligned with the highest standards of safety and integrity. She believes that trust in your provider is essential for deep healing—when you feel safe and supported, you are more open to the transformative work of therapy and ketamine-assisted healing.
With over a decade of clinical experience, she has worked with more than 4,000 psychiatric patients and provided over 11,000 mental health encounters. Her practice is trauma-informed, integrative, and compassionate, focused on creating safe, transformative spaces where individuals can heal, grow, and reconnect with their inner strength. She combines cutting-edge psychiatric treatments with a deep respect for the therapeutic process, ensuring that each patient receives a treatment plan tailored to their unique needs. -
Juli Fraga, PSYD
Scientific Advisor
Juli is a psychologist with a passion for understanding human behavior. She focused on women's health during her Master's degree and gained experience in eating disorder outreach. Her doctoral program specialized in researching and treating eating disorders, and she trained at UC Berkeley in student mental health. Today, Juli specializes in maternal mental health, including postpartum depression, and supports creative professionals, particularly writers, in their career journeys. She also provides prenatal parenting consultations to help parents navigate the emotional challenges of raising children.

Stephanie Colantionio, MD
Holistic Physician; Scientific Advisor
Stephanie Colantonio, M.D. is a physician, herbalist, and mindfulness teacher in Los Angeles. She offers an integrative approach to support people with their growth and healing. She collaborates with psychotherapists to provide ketamine assisted psychotherapy as part of her holistic practice. She is particularly interested in the use of psychedelic medicine to support Women’s Health.

Lauren Taus
Founder of Inbodied Life
Lauren graduated summa cum laude from Barnard College at Columbia University with a BA in Religion before completing her Masters in Social Work at NYU. Lauren focuses on the matrices that hold individuals, rejecting mainstream efforts to pathologize people as if their symptoms could be isolated from their environments. Licensed as a clinical therapist in both New York and California, Lauren believes that life - and good psychotherapy - is psychedelic. She is trained by MAPS, the Ketamine Training Center and in the shamanic realms.
